Oh man, that info is soooooo cool. You’ve just made my heartrate monitor look like well, just a watch with a blinky pulse readout. Now if you tell me that the watch posted directly to your Wordpress Blog, I’ll go out and get one on the spot! :-)

sadly, no. I haven’t found a way to easily export the data to rss or some sort of portable format (unless we write a screen-scraper :) ) It does upload directly to the polarrunningcoach.com website though.

[...] Thanks, Ben for the template.   My run is far more boring than Ben’s.  [...]

Awsome! We should all do a Runyon-Canyon run one of these weekends. How was the run? Pretty difficult? I saw you averaged 24 min/mi…

It probably was Laurence Fishburne–I saw him there on the same day that you posted this entry (I checked my blog entry from that day to be sure). The place is crawling with various kinds of celebrities, you just have to keep your eyes peeled. There are so many different trails that you can get a real work out trying to trek all of them. Keeping to the western trail will knock down your chances of a lot of other hikers, not to mention dog poop, and the views are great–uphill is brutal, downhill can be a bit treacherous. There is a website, but it’s very hard to read everything on it–however, it is at http://www.runyon-canyon.com if you want to take a look.
